INSIDE TOZI BATTERSEA’S NEW SEASONAL MENU

As Battersea Power Station is bathed in summer sunshine, TOZI Pizzeria & Cicchetti welcomes the season with a selection of new sharing dishes made for leisurely lunches, easy suppers and time spent with friends on the expansive terrace.

The menu opens with fresh additions to the cicchetti offering, from burrata with sun-dried tomato pesto to mozzarella and tomato arancini. Seafood sharers bring a lighter touch to the warmer months with grilled king prawns with vegan ‘nduja, butter and parsley; alongside seared tuna with blood orange, crispy garlic and dill.

Pizza remains at the heart of TOZI with signatures such as the indulgent lobster with roast datterini tomatoes, gremolata and sea vegetables; or smoked pancetta, cacio e pepe and caramelised onion carbonara; as well as the new four cheeses with goat’s cheese, gorgonzola, parmesan and fior di latte.

For pasta lovers, the trofie with broad beans, peas and asparagus is summer on a plate whilst desserts such as pistachio profiterole, granita and crème brûlée provide the finale.
