We sat down with Lorenzo to find out more:
LondonTV: Lorenzo, thank you so much for taking time to sit down with us – how has 2019 been going for you and the business?
Lorenzo: I have benefitted from a very fruitful 2019 so far, Q1 and Q2 where very positive for our business but from Q3 we have seen a 30% drop on footfall in the restaurants and filling tables in Q$ particularly on weekends has proved challenging
LondonTV: So what are you doing to fix these issues?
Lorenzo: At the last board meeting we decided to invest in more marketing and advertising to get our brands in front of consumers, we are also running a series of competitions to give back to our loyal customers.
LondonTV: Whats in the pipeline for the future?
Lorenzo: We are continuing to make investments into our restaurant brands, we have two new food outlets coming to London and one of them is in a very prime spot, we are also developing a healthy fast food brand which will take on some of the leading eateries across the UK, so some very exciting times.
