ISLINGTON SQUARE PROVES SOUGHT-AFTER ADDRESS WITH OVER £125M OF HOMES SOLD DESPITE COVID-19 LOCKDOWN RESTRICTIONS

Cain International has this week revealed that Islington Square is nearly sold out, with over £125 million of properties sold since May 2020 despite lockdown restrictions and market challenges. Beauchamp Estates reveals that 80 properties have sold despite the restrictions, with 25 of these in the last six months as the final homes have been released. The properties sold comprised the luxury penthouse collection, maisonettes, and a mixture of studio suites, 1-, 2-and 3-bedroom apartments with private balconies.
