On Wednesday 17 June, Junsei welcomes acclaimed chef Shaulan Steenson for Tide & Fire — a one-night-only omakase collaboration celebrating exceptional seafood and Japanese craftsmanship.

Bringing together Chef Shaulan’s precision-led sushi expertise and Chef Aman Lakhiani’s mastery of binchōtan charcoal cooking, the bespoke menu will showcase standout dishes including Trio of Tuna Nigiri, Smoked Otoro, Anago, and a selection of exclusive creations developed for the evening.

Guests can also enjoy blackboard specials from Chef Shaulan, handcrafted sushi, charcoal-grilled skewers, and a vinyl DJ soundtrack throughout the night.
