Kamara, the high-end cocktail bar from Tasos Gaitanos and Alex Large, founders of London’s celebrated Brother Marcus, is bringing the warmth and generosity of the Eastern Mediterranean to Soho this festive season with a brand-new seasonal drinks menu. Located on Poland Street in the former home of acclaimed bar The Blind Pig, Kamara combines expert craftsmanship, Greek heritage, and a design-led atmosphere to deliver one of London’s most immersive cocktail experiences. Consultant Angelos Bafas has worked alongside Tas and Alex to create a programme of drinks and small plates that reflect the bold flavours and convivial spirit of the region.
This Christmas, Kamara introduces four festive cocktails designed to bring warmth, indulgence, and seasonal cheer. The Tuvunu Hot Toddy blends KAMARA fig brandy, Metaxa 12* Greek mountain tea, fermented figs in honey, fresh lemon and hot water to create a warming, mellow and soothing tipple. The Mulled Americano combines Santorini dessert wine, KAMARA cherry brandy, a gooseberry bittersweet aperitif, raspberry tea and warm spices served with hot water for a fruity, spiced and cosy drink. For those seeking rich and aromatic flavours, the Melomakarono Old Fashioned brings together Michter’s bourbon whiskey infused biscuits, British burnt butter, warm spiced honey, aromatic bitters and dried walnut. The Spiced Manhattan combines KAMARA aged apricot spirit, aged Cretan Tsikoudia, Christmas spiced vermouth, stone fruit and kernel bitters for a short, aromatic and smooth festive experience.
Kamara’s festive cocktail menu is now available in Soho, offering a seasonal escape full of warmth, flavour, and East-Med hospitality.
