This tailored financial strategy enabled the client to raise additional capital by moving from a high street lender to a challenger lender, with Karis Capital securing more flexible terms, which allowed them to successfully fund further property acquisitions, significantly expanding their portfolio.
The returning client, both an eminent property investor and landlord, was looking for a unique facility that would accommodate the bespoke structure of their 10-unit portfolio, with two units being exclusively operated by the client themselves, while the remaining eight units were being let under an Operating Company and Property Company (OpCo-PropCo) structure.
