This study revealed the UK is home to the most Instagrammable botanical garden worldwide!

In first place is Kew Gardens, with 744,491 hashtags on Instagram! Kew Gardens is based in London, and has been around since 1840. It is the home of the world’s oldest plant, the ​​cycad, which has been around since 1775. #Cyad has 5000 tagged Instagram posts. Kew Gardens also has over 50,000 different plants in its living collection and around 7 million preserved specimens. Many exotic animals also reside in Kew Gardens, such as peacocks, wild European badgers and at one point even kangaroos!
