If you’re looking to learn some serious sushi skills this Easter holidays, head down to SticksʹnʹSushi for an interactive, fun-filled Sushi Masterclass, designed especially for budding mini-chefs!

Led by passionate and skilled chefs, the hands-on classes guide hungry kids through the art of sushi-making, teaching them how to make the likes of Kappa hosomaki rolls (cucumber) and Pink Alaska uramaki rolls (salmon, avocado, cream cheese and lumpfish roe) before creating a showstopping Onigiri Egg – kids can choose from a variety of much-loved SticksʹnʹSushi toppings to create their very own Easter egg rice ball.

Classes are suitable for ages 8-12 years of all ability levels, with clear and thorough teaching ensuring no one is left out and all can participate. Tickets for a 90-minute class (10am – 11.30am) start from £40 and include soft drinks plus a goody bag to take home including a certificate, bandana, rolling mat, chopsticks, a chocolate fish, and a Japanese number and phrase sheet.
