Kitchen at Holmes reopens - London TV

Kitchen at Holmes reopens

Marylebone’s favourite all-day dining destination, Kitchen at Holmes, is celebrating its full reopening on Thursday, 5th November with the launch of a brand-new menu.

Known for its seasonally inspired dishes and homely ambiance, Londoners can look forward to returning to the Baker Street hub to indulge in some of Head Chef, Stefano Motta’s, delicious creations. Inspired by his life-long travels, the menu features a fusion of Modern European and Mediterranean influences perfect for date nights, family meals or catch ups with friends at the restaurant’s heated terrace or private rooftop space.

Using the very best suppliers including James Knight of Mayfair and Lake District Farmers, diners will be tempted by vibrant and colourful flavours across dishes from the land, field and sea. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, highlights include Cuttlefish Croquettes, Grilled Octopus with Romesco, Burnt Leeks & Zaatar and a 35-day aged Lake District Bavette.

An equally inspiring set-menu offers a selection of Kitchen at Holmes classics, priced at just £23.50 or £26.50 per person, for two or three courses respectively. With its chic and luxurious design, complete with subtle references to the area’s connection to Sherlock Holmes, guests will feel at ease as they settle down to sample the restaurant’s sophisticated signature style.

A playful selection of cocktails are also available. Served by expert in-house mixologist, Peppe Corello (Mr Foggs, Aqua and Nobu) new additions include the Pumpkintini and Enola. Popular staples such as Sherlock’s Pipe and the herbal hibiscus and elderflower infused K T Time, served in a teapot as a nod to Ms. Hudson’s teatime ritual, will also impress, thanks to the theatrical experience delivered with each serve. Furthermore, the wine list is a journey of old and new world with famous chateaux and exciting smaller producers which will give oenophiles plenty of interest.

Kitchen at Holmes is open 6am – 10pm daily and can be found at 108 Baker Street, Marylebone, W1U 6LJ. The new menu will be served every Thursday – Saturday evening; the ‘Lunch at Kitchen’ set-menu is available 12 – 3pm daily.
