KOKUM to Host South Indian Inspired Supper Club

After selling out its second supper club, the Indian restaurant in East Dulwich, KOKUM, is set to host its third supper club before the end of the year. On 22nd December at 7PM, guests are invited to explore the rich culinary heritage of South India, with a menu inspired by the flavours of Kerala, Tamil Nadu and beyond.

This intimate evening will feature a carefully crafted tasting menu, guiding diners through a journey of regional classics and lesser-known gems. Diners can expect dishes that balance spice, comfort, and depth, true to the character of South Indian cooking.

Highlights include aromatic, peppery rasam, hand-pressed idiyappam topped with spiced prawns, and ghee-roasted paneer served with a perfectly crisp dosa. Guests will also enjoy idli sambar, pepper-forward Chettinad chicken, coastal-style fried fish with a fragrant spiced crust, served alongside drumstick theeyal. To accompany the rich dishes, KOKUM will also be serving
colourful Kerala vegetables, and lemon rice that’s light, fluffy, and citrusy to balance out the meal. The evening will finish with a creamy rice and jaggery payasam, delicately perfumed with cardamom.

Tickets cost £55 per person and are available to buy directly through KOKUM’s website. With the previous supper clubs selling out fast, be sure to grab your tickets now to secure your spot.
