Laundry App ‘Laundrapp’ Opens New HQ in London Retail District
The UK’s leading on-demand laundry app, Laundrapp, has reiterated its commitment to UK customers with the opening of new headquarters located in the heart of London’s retail hub.
Having recently expanded its award-winning laundry service in the north across Manchester, Stockport and Cheshire, today’s announcement sees Laundrapp commit to its post-lockdown future.
The new HQ puts customers at the forefront of its operations, with a new customer service space within the building set for use when lockdown restrictions ease. The space, which is a stone’s throw from London’s retail epicentre also has space for customer pickup and drop off, which will set Laundrapp apart from similar providers.
Allan Warburton, Managing Director of Laundrapp and former director at BT Group, said, “UK customer care is our primary focus. We know that great service is important to our customers and we deliver this by using home grown talent. Our customer service team is fully based in the UK and we’re proud to support great service with local jobs. This is our commitment to staying true to supporting local communities by building our UK-based customer care team as lockdown starts to ease.”
Popular with London’s busy office workers, Laundrapp is well-positioned next to London’s Oxford Street for when lockdown begins to relax and workers begin to visit the city once more.
Laundrapp collects, launders, dry cleans and returns suits, shirts, dresses, coats and a wide range of household items to the home or office within 48-hours, providing eco-friendly services for both commercial and domestic clients.
Laundrapp currently operates in 16 UK cities, with more locations to be announced soon.
