LAVO launches their Summer Garden Terrace in Partnership with Cygnet Gin and Double Dutch

LAVO, the Italian restaurant by Tao Group Hospitality, is delighted to announce the launch of its summer garden terrace in partnership with Katherine Jenkins’ award-winning Cygnet Gin and Double Dutch.

The coastal-themed summer garden will take visitors on a journey to the famous Italian coastlines and the terrace will feature eye-catching Mediterranean tiling and beautiful citrus trees as a part of the summer partnership. Guests will revel in a specially curated summer cocktail menu, courtesy of Cygnet Gin and Double Dutch, inspired by the scents and flavours of the Amalfi Coast. LAVO also hosts Aperitivo Hour every Wednesday from 5pm-7pm where guests are treated to £15 cocktails and complimentary canapés including Wild Mushroom Arancini and the iconic LAVO Meatball, making it the perfect summer spot to dine and drink.

Signature cocktails will include the Italian 75 (£19), blending Cygnet Welsh dry gin with hibiscus, Acqua di Cedro, raspberry and Champagne, the LAVO Spritz (£15), a mix of Cygnet Welsh dry gin, Doladira Aperitivo, jasmine, grape and Double Dutch watermelon and cucumber and the Gimlet (£22) showcasing Cygnet 22 gin with lychee, lemon, elderflower, honey and basil. Double Dutch’s famous mixers are also seen in the Sunset Spritz (£15) with DECEM 10% gin, Crossip Fresh, Amaro Santoni and Double Dutch Indian tonic and the Pentire Spritz (£15) blending Double Dutch’s grapefruit soda with Pentire Coastal Spritz.

Owned by Tao Group Hospitality, the company behind Hakkasan and Yauatcha, LAVO is a popular coastal inspired Italian restaurant with venues in LA, Las Vegas, San Diego, Singapore, and now, London. Making its debut during Fashion Week in September 2023 with a star-studded launch party that saw the likes of Jared Leto, Winnie Harlow, and Poppy Delevingne, LAVO has since become a hotspot with diners including Naomi Campbell, Damson Idris and FKA Twigs.

Set within The BoTree, where Mayfair, Marylebone and Soho meet, LAVO is flooded with natural light and features a sleek bar area. As guests descend to the restaurant’s subterranean level, they will be greeted by the leafy branches of a striking olive tree, with warm lighting creating an inviting Mediterranean ambiance. The feature-wall, adorned with lush green foliage, will span the two floors and frame the pizza oven, where guests can admire LAVO’s chefs creating freshly made pizzas.
