Paramount Properties, the West Hampstead based property specialists, have kick-started the year with the appointment of three new members to the team, as their share in the local sales market increases and their lettings arm reaches across the capital.

Strengthening the asset management team is property manager Dan Chandler, 23. Previously working for an independent agency in Leighton Buzzard as a lettings negotiator, he was responsible for managing a portfolio of rental properties and overseeing compliance, maintenance and client relations.

Joining as client accounts is Hunter Schell, 29. New to the property sector, her background in supply chain management saw her develop over eight years of procurement and contract management alongside her work as a wedding photographer.

Taking on the responsibilities of the welcome desk is Isabella Bolongaro, 25, who is switching to the world of property following a background in recruitment.

Property manager, Dan Chandler, said: “It’s such an exciting time to be joining Paramount right now as the business continues to excel. My role is to be the bridge between an owner’s goals and a renter’s ideal home, making sure the property delivers on both sides.
