LEGOLAND® WINDSOR RESORT ‘PUTTS’ THE FINAL TOUCHES TO THE WORLD’S FIRST LEGO® GOLF ATTRACTION
Move over Rory McIlroy because there’s a new match winning team in town after LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort ‘putt’ the finishing touches to its new indoor golf attraction.
Talented model makers were busy putting the final LEGO models in place on the courses with a 1.5m tall ice cream sundae, made of over 65,000 LEGO bricks and a giant octopus with tentacles over 2.5m wide made of over 150,000 bricks.
Helen Bull, Divisional Director at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort said: “After Team Europe’s Ryder Cup success, it is so exciting to tee-off the first ever LEGO themed indoor golf experience at our iconic Windsor Resort.
“LEGOLAND Adventure Golf will give guests of all ages and abilities the chance to have play, have fun and build more memories together and who knows, maybe it will even inspire more golfing talent of the future!”
The exciting new attraction sits outside of the Resort’s 55 rides, live shows and attractions so can be enjoyed in addition to a day in the theme park, as a short break add-on or as an exclusive visit, requiring a separate ticket.
Ideal for those aged three years old or over, LEGOLAND Adventure Golf is designed to take a group of 6 people around 1 hour to play, guaranteeing fun for the whole family.
Tickets can be purchased online in advance from £10 per person and guests staying at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, as part of a short break package, can enjoy mini golf as an add-on from £7.50 per person.
