LIMITED-EDITION MATCH POINT AFTERNOON TEA IS SERVED AT RAILS RESTAURANT

Celebrate the crowning event of London’s sporting summer with a limited-edition Match Point Afternoon Tea at RAILS Restaurant within Kaya Great Northern Hotel, served daily throughout the Wimbledon Tennis Championships (Monday 29th June – Sunday 12th July).

Savour a selection of delicate finger sandwiches, from roasted beef sirloin with horseradish, lemon and thyme; classic cucumber and cream cheese; smoked salmon with dill and lemon crème fraîche; and a refined asparagus and chive tartlet. Quintessentially British flavours shape the sweet creations, including charming Pimm’s macaron paying homage to a tennis ball, as well as a chocolate tea biscuit cake topped with golden racquets and an apricot Bakewell tart. It wouldn’t be a British summer’s day without fresh strawberries and lashings of cream to finish, as well as freshly baked fruit and plain scones.

Alongside their tea, guests can choose from a selection of loose-leaf blends from Camellia’s Tea House or add a glass of prosecco, Nyetimber English sparkling wine or Billecart-Salmon champagne to continue the celebration.

RAILS’ limited edition Wimbledon Afternoon Tea is priced from £42.50 per person and is served from Monday 29th June to Sunday 12th July, 1pm – 5pm.
