Lomond unites boutique care with London-wide expertise in Draker and KFH integration
Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) is proud to announce it’s joining forces with Draker, combining two of London’s most respected property firms to form one powerful agency in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, and Hammersmith & Fulham. This move brings together Draker’s boutique care and client-first ethos with KFH’s trusted, London-wide expertise, creating a new standard in lettings and property services.
With this integration, clients will benefit from enhanced visibility, broader reach and seamless service, with access to over 60 branches throughout the Capital. Londoners can expect to see dual branding across their offices in prime locations, namely Sloane Square, Notting Hill and Fulham & Parsons Green. Logos inclusive of Draker’s signature blue and KFH’s distinctive red will also come together online across portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla, refreshing all client listings and boost visibility. Familiar faces from the teams remain in place, but will now be working alongside one another, stronger together.
The respective teams are also consolidating locations across Fulham, Parsons Green and Notting Hill for more efficient collaboration, with KFH Fulham and Chelsea renamed to KFH Fulham Broadway, and Draker Sloane Square being added to the KFH network. In return, Draker clients will now have access to a sales division, alongside a host of other ancillary services.
This integration follows news of Lomond’s acquisition of Draker in May 2025. Established 15 years ago by industry expert Tim Hassell, Draker is known for its integrity and precise client-care, with the business now backed by the scale and resources of KFH and Lomond.
KFH, a heritage London business, was acquired by Lomond in January 2025, and operates more than 60 branches across London, specialising in traditional sales and lettings, alongside property management and other associated services.
John Ennis, Chief Revenue Officer at Lomond, said: “Draker’s reputation for quality and professionalism is second to none. This integration offers clients the same exceptional service, now with the added strength of Lomond’s national network and KFH’s London-wide reach.”
Duncan Blakelock, Director at KFH, added: “This integration is a strategic move that will provide meaningful benefits to clients of Draker and KFH alike. We’re delighted to welcome Draker into the KFH fold, combining their hallmark boutique care with KFH’s wider market expertise, ultimately giving all our clients more exposure, more support and better results.”
This move is part of Lomond’s broader strategy to build a best-in-class national network grounded in local expertise. With over 200 branches and more than 75 acquisitions completed to date, Lomond continues to lead the UK property services sector with bold ambition, property wisdom and a commitment to excellence.
