London Designer Outlet Reveals Winners of ‘Shopping for The Future’ Competition
London Designer Outlet (LDO) is thrilled to announce the winners of its ‘Shopping for The Future’ artwork competition! The challenge ignited creative spirit within the Brent community and Wembley junior schools, inspiring them to design a commemorative limited-edition LDO tote bag to celebrate the centre’s 10th anniversary.
As the capital’s leading premium fashion and lifestyle outlet embarks on its 10th year, LDO encouraged the young residents of Wembley to unleash their creativity and envision the items that could fill their shopping totes in 2123 (100 years from now), all while vying for an exciting prize – the opportunity to have their artwork grace LDO’s limited-edition tote bags and vouchers for their school.
The three deserving winners from Wembley Primary School include Khadiyah, aged 8, who triumphed in the 6-8 age category with a 2123 style lookbook, Lyanna, aged 5, brought winged shoes in the 5 and under category, and Yavanica, aged 10, not only clinched the top spot in the 9-12 age group but also earned the coveted title of the overall winner for a colourful interpretation of LDO services in years to come.

The competition, which received a staggering 200+ entries, was judged with enthusiasm by local illustrator Bee Davies. Bee, a proud resident of Wembley Park for three years, shared her excitement about being part of the process, stating, “It was truly delightful to witness the boundless creativity of these young minds. Each entry was a burst of colour and imagination, making the selection process a delightful challenge. The winners I chose captured the essence of the brief perfectly, offering inventive product ideas that I wouldn’t have thought of myself. Their talent at such a young age is both impressive and inspiring.”
A limited run of the winning tote bags will be available at Guest Services starting from 10th October. All you need to do is spend £100 or more in a single visit at LDO and present your receipts to claim yours. Don’t miss out! Guest Services is open seven days a week, conveniently located next to Clarks on Level 1.
