London developer Avanton makes a series of new staff appointments
Leading London developer Avanton has made a series of new staff appointments as part of taking the group’s sales, marketing and customer care teams in-house, reflecting the growing maturity and expansion of the residential-led investment and development business led by Chief Executive Omer Weinberger.
Reporting to David Ronson, Sales & Marketing Director, Avanton has now appointed an in-house team of senior teams negotiators, ex JLL and Savills new homes specialists, who will report to recently appointed Victoria Lauri, Senior Sales Manager. Victoria Lauri was previously a Sales Manager at JLL for nine years and most recently headed the sales for Atlas in EC1. The sales team will liaise closely with Dawn Gayle, who is in charge of Home Handovers at Avanton and manages the pre-completions and customer handover period for all projects and ensures all teams meet her high expectation of the delivery.
On the marketing side Avanton has appointed Olivia Caplan to the role of Marketing Manager, reporting to David Ronson. RICS qualified Olivia Caplan was previously at Savills and is the graduate of an interior design course at one of London’s prestigious design colleges. Olivia will be involved in helping to project manage the creation and delivery of the various Avanton show apartments across the company’s growing portfolio of London developments.

Our new in-house sales and marketing team will work on Avanton’s pipeline projects which include a series of large scale regeneration schemes in Inner London.”
The sales at Coda were previously handled by joint sole agents Savills and JLL who will still be retained by Avanton to undertake international sales and marketing and special projects for the group. As David Ronson says: “We hold the Savills and JLL teams in high regard and will continue to use them for our international sales exhibitions and for special projects when we need to market to buyer groups or global regions where they have expertise.”
