London Essence announce ‘The Essence House’ is back and opening in London’s Covent Garden – refreshed with new and elevated features and extended throughout October (1st – 24th October).

Building on the success of 2019 and once again in partnership with London Cocktail Week, the world’s biggest celebration of cocktails – London Essence is to create a new two-floor drinks experience in the stunning Carriage Hall. Situated on Floral Street, the pop-up will become the heart of the newly-created Covent Garden hub for the extended month-long London Cocktail Week.

New for 2021 – London Essence will be hosting drinks enthusiasts, in two standout spaces, at the centre of the festival’s celebrations. Inviting guests to engage in unique experiences, designed to win the hearts and minds of cocktails devotees.

On the top floor – ‘The Essence House’ will engage visitors in a fully immersive, multi-sensory event, created to inspire imaginations and impart the tools to create cocktails, distinctively designed for individual palates. With expert guidance, invitees will uncover their palate and its flavour preferences. Guests will be exposed to new ways to reimagine taste and the impact of effervescence, temperature and garnish. With these next level skills, they’ll understand how to reinvent cocktails they create for others too.

In addition to this, and a first for London Essence, it will be hosting the main bar of the pop-up in partnership with the festival. Presenting a spectacular bar, with exquisite cocktails – showcasing a bespoke menu, that includes hand-picked cocktails from the world’s finest bars. The cocktails will be renewed throughout October and feature local, seasonal ingredients from the bartenders’ home countries. A true taster of the cocktail experiences we can look forward to as the world reopens.

The London Cocktail Week Bar will be open to all festival goers with a London Cocktail Week wristband and will serve £7 Signature Cocktails as part of the Cocktail Tours.

Throughout the experience, London Essence’s exquisite mixers from distilled botanicals, will be paired with Hennessey VS Cognac, Martin Miller’s Gin, X by Glenmorangie Single Malt Whisky and Belvedere Organic Infusions. The full experience is curated and operated by Global Bartending.
