To herald the start of the Tokyo Olympics and show support for Team GB, The lastminute.com London Eye will be lighting up in the patriotic colours of red, white and blue this Thursday (July 22) and Friday (July 23).

The Union Jack colours will shine out across London from dusk on both evenings to mark the official start of the Games, which kick off with the opening ceremony on Friday (midday UK time/8pm Tokyo).
