Premium housebuilder Redrow has announced a new scheme to support first- time buyers get on the property ladder at its Colindale Gardens development in North West London.

The discount market sale scheme is available to any first-time buyer who lives or works in any London Borough. 27 one and two bedroom homes at Redrow’s flagship Colindale Gardens development will be sold at a 20% reduction to the market value, and enable dozens of buyers to get onto the property ladder for the first time.

The scheme is being offered in partnership with London Borough of Barnet and offers first-time buyers a unique way to buy their first home at a more affordable price.
