London skin and hair clinic turns to robotics for future of hair transplants

ESTE Medical Group is on a mission to revolutionise the world of hair transplants by trailblazing procedures with robotics.

The London-based skin and hair specialists are embracing state-of-the-art technology to bring transplants combining expert surgical skills with the latest technology to its 10 UK clinics.

And it marks the start of an exciting new era at a time when hair transplants are becoming increasingly popular and effective.

Sam Cinkir, CEO of Este Medical Group, whose London clinic is based in Earls Court, said: “We’re constantly striving to find the newest and best procedures and treatments to bring to our customers.

“We are incredibly excited by the potential of robotic hair transplants and how they can help provide fuller, thicker and natural-looking hair.

“Our Dubai clinic is already harnessing the possibilities of this technology and seeing wonderful results, and we are now rolling it out across our 10 UK clinics.

“The procedures are minimally invasive with incredible precision and a fast recovery time, with our dedicated team on hand to help you every step of the way.

“We can’t wait until our clients begin to benefit from this state-of-the-art technology and see how it can change their lives.”

The procedure uses Direct Hair Implantation, which sees the robotic system carefully extract hair follicles one at a time while ensuring minimal trauma to surrounding tissues.

The harvested follicles are then implanted directly into the treatment areas using a specialised tool known as the Choi Pen.

This meticulous approach results in a natural-looking hairline and significantly reduces recovery time compared to traditional methods.

The benefits compared to other hair transplant methods such as follicular unit excision (FUE) include higher graft viability, shorter recovery time and a less invasive approach as incision is shaped to fit the hair graft.

Este Medical Group is one the leading skin and hair specialists in the UK, with other clinics in Manchester, Glasgow, Birmingham and Leeds.

It offers a range of gold-standard services, including hair-loss treatments and transplants, skin treatments, cosmetic procedures and more.

It’s a favourite of celebrities such as Kemar Roofe, Rhian Sugden and Amir Khan and treats around 2,000 customers per day.
