London’s Brompton Cross Undergoes Elegant Transformation

Tucked between Chelsea, Knightsbridge and South Kensington, Brompton Cross has been quietly transforming…
From the early 20th-century elegance of Michelin House – now home to the Michelin-starred Claude Bosi at Bibendum – to the minimalist boutiques of brands like Chanel, Joseph, Isabel Marant and FRAME, it’s a place where architecture, fashion and food intertwine with a distinct West London ease.
Now, Brompton Cross is officially having its moment thanks to a fresh new look and week-long celebration to match.
Introducing Brompton in Bloom (19-25 May), a floral takeover that marks the next chapter for one of London’s chicest neighbourhoods. Think fashion, flowers, alfresco vibes, and hidden gems at every turn. All set against the backdrop of the newly pedestrianised Draycott Avenue, now reimagined with elegant planters, ambient lighting and plenty of space to stroll and soak up the scene.
