London’s favourite cicchetti haunt TOZI Restaurant & Bar unveils spring menu!

London’s favourite cicchetti haunt, TOZI Restaurant & Bar, has today unveiled its spring menu.

Inspired by the casual dining ethos and culture of the Veneto region of Italy, the menu comes bursting with flavour and full of seasonal ingredients from the very best regional suppliers across Italy. Whether sharing a selection of dishes with family or opting for a main course on a business lunch, the refresh delivers an array of delizioso dishes that provide the perfect midweek treat.

Alongside seasonal classics that take guests to the heart of Venice through every bite, Head Chef Maurilio Molteni has introduced a dedicated raw section that focuses on dishes that will whet the appetite for more to come.

Fresh langoustines with Maldon sea salt and lemon or Scottish scallop carpaccio with orange, cress and pink peppercorns will delight diners with a craving for seafood. Alternatively, the equally tempting Angus beef carpaccio with pickled artichokes and pecorino promises a delectable combination of flavours.

Maccheroni, paccheri and hand-cut tagliolini join the restaurant’s repertoire of incredible pasta, each with distinctive pairings such as braised cuttlefish, squid and fresh peas, rabbit and taggiasca olive ragout orasparagus and black truffle. Meanwhile, the sprouting broccoli and N’duja pizzetta offers a welcome touch of spice that is sure to ignite taste buds.

TOZI’s dessert menu also has a spring in its step, with new additions Amalfi lemon tart with raspberry sorbet, caramel panna cotta with rhubarb compote and almond croccante, and chocolate and fresh strawberry sfogliata offering vibrant and rich flavours that are all about indulgence.

In the heart of Victoria, the menu gives local residents and visitors alike an element of excitement to their dining experience – whether they visit as a midweek treat or for a unique Sunday lunch. Larger parties can make the most of the restaurant’s private dining room, or exclusively hire the entire restaurant for corporate events with up to 350 guests.

What’s more, within walking distance from both the Apollo and Victoria Palace Theatres, those lucky enough to have tickets for Hamilton or Wicked need look no further than TOZI to make their evening out even more memorable. With an appealing pre-theatre menu, which includes selected new additions and more, guests can treat themselves to a delicious meal for under £20 a head.
