London’s premium 24/7 convenience delivery app Zapp is now available on Uber Eats
Today Uber Eats, the food delivery platform, and Zapp, the premium 24/7 convenience delivery app, have announced their partnership, allowing customers across Central London to shop Zapp’s catalogue directly via Uber Eats.
Bringing premium to convenience, customers using Uber Eats will now be able to order from Zapp’s curated catalogue of around 2000 products, including fine wines and Champagne, well-known farm producer Daylesford, premium snacks such as Torres, and luxury gifts from Only Roses, beauty products from Bamford and many others.
Each order will be picked and packed from the nearest ‘Zappstore’ for delivery within as little as 20 minutes, 24/7 – making Zapp one of the only convenience retailers available on Uber Eats night and day.
Zapp goes beyond everyday essentials, and is also known for its premium selection such as Italian delicatessen Lina Stores, Cipriani, Palais Constance, C by Croe Oscietra Caviar and more.
The partnership expands the 24/7 convenience and premium selections available via Uber Eats while providing Zapp exposure to the existing Uber Eats customer base.
Ajay Lakhwani, Chief Commercial Officer at Zapp, said: “By partnering with Uber Eats, it’s great to be reaching even more Londoners as we further our mission to delight customers with things that make them happy, the moment they want it. Whether it’s hosting spontaneous drinks, snacks from the sofa, getting everyday essentials or even last-minute gifts, customers can order Zapp on Uber Eats for delivery in minutes, 24/7.”
Alex Troughton, Head of Commerce at Uber Eats UK said: “We’re excited to partner with Zapp to offer round the clock convenience as one of the few 24/7 retailers on the platform. We know that more and more customers are using Uber Eats to order those ‘need it now’ items and will enjoy shopping Zapp’s curated and premium catalogue. From vintage wine and Italian delicatessen food, to Daylesford farm produce and household brands like Apple and Bamford, Zapp brings something truly different to Uber Eats.”
