Luxury Spa and Gym Facilities Unveiled at Riverside Quarter in Wandsworth

Frasers Property UK have revealed new COVID compliant residents only leisure facilities for at their flagship Riverside Quarter development in Wandsworth London. The new amenities in the Coptain House and Nine Riverside buildings provide residents access to state-of-the-art gyms and swimming pools.

The newly renovated offering at Coptain House and the recently revealed facilities at Nine Riverside allow for social distancing with fob-controlled access at Coptain House and a dedicated member of staff at Nine Riverside monitoring how many people are using the space at one given time whilst COVID restrictions are in place.

Residents can pre-book their slot via an online booking system. Both the facilities at Coptain House and Nine Riverside will be accessible by finger print recognition from January 2021.

The pre-existing gym and swimming pool at Coptain House Riverside Quarter have been newly refurbished and the leisure facilities include a state-of gym with new equipment and floor-to ceiling glass windows, a sauna and an indoor family swimming pool with sun lounger area.

The recently unveiled leisure offering at the Nine Riverside building coincides with the launch of the final building at the development. The facilities here include a brand-new adults only lap pool and impressive gym.

Alongside the new residents only leisure facilities, the final riverside building at the Riverside Quarter scheme in Wandsworth features spacious living spaces and outdoor space.

The apartments are ready for immediate occupation and the 14-storey Nine Riverside building provides 79 private apartments, each with a private balcony, terrace or winter garden, set within the leafy landscaped gardens at Riverside Quarter.

Nine Riverside has been designed with a striking bronze metallic façade by architectural practice Carey Jones Chapman Tolcher and is the final building to be launched at Riverside Quarter completing the almost twenty-year regeneration of the site, once a former Shell oil terminal, into a new community of beautiful Thameside apartments complete with gardens, retail, restaurant and leisure facilities. Prices start from £645,000 for a one-bedroom apartment and £795,000 for a two-bedroom apartment (parking by separate negotiations)
