Mackrell.Solicitors has announced the appointment of Priscilla Chan as a Solicitor in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, based in the London office.

Priscilla brings a wealth of experience in commercial and civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on contractual disputes, insolvency, and debt recovery. She has a proven track record of advising clients on shareholder disputes, fraud, asset tracing, and enforcement actions.

Before joining Mackrell.Solicitors, Priscilla served as an associate in the litigation team of a US-based international firm in Hong Kong. She holds an LLB from the University of Hong Kong, which she completed in 2016, and a Masters in Law from the University of British Columbia, completed in 2022.

Priscilla is a qualified Solicitor in both England and Wales and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
