As part of its ongoing growth plans, Mackrell.Solicitors has appointed a new solicitor to its Corporate and Commercial department.

James McKimm joins the international law firm with experience in dealing with a wide range of clients and businesses, from national distributors and industry leaders to start-ups, and owner-managed SMEs.

With a background in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and corporate governance, James will help to further enhance the firm’s work in these areas.

James is passionate about understanding each client’s business and their objectives so that he can provide pragmatic advice and action that alleviate challenges that business owners face.

Speaking about his appointment, James said: “I am very excited to have joined the Corporate and Commercial team at such a well-regarded law firm, which has such a long and illustrious history.

“I hope my expertise and drive to help our clients achieve the best possible outcomes will prove beneficial to the practice for years to come.”

Outside of work, James is First Team Assistant Manager at London Seaward FC, an independent women’s football team based in east London that competes in the fourth tier of women’s football in the FA Women’s National League.
