London and Birmingham-based legal firm, Mackrell.Solicitors, welcomes two new members of staff at its London office – making a significant investment in top talent at all career stages.

The firm, which provides a full range of legal services to individual and business clients and leads the industry in a number of specialisms, proudly recruits established and emerging talent in the sector to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Accomplished Employment Law solicitor, Alexandra Gess, joins the firm as a Senior Associate following an exemplary career in HR and Employee Relations after qualifying in 2012.

Her recruitment represents a drive towards growth within the Employment team, supported by Alexandra’s significant experience and expertise.

In the Litigation team, Paralegal Rhys Bartlett joins the firm from a position in the healthcare sector. After achieving his LPC in 2019, Rhys gained significant experience in working on public enquiries before moving to an in-house role.

Rhys’ diversity of experience and ability as a Paralegal will support the Litigation team as they work on the complex matters which has established Mackrell.Solicitors’ reputation as a specialist in the field.
