In celebration of the ‘Martini Month’, Belvedere Vodka and Maison Assouline present Martini Icons, a photography exhibition that investigates the luring iconicity of the world’s most enduring cocktail, through the lens of master mixologist and photographer Agostino Perrone.

Over the past two centuries, the martini cocktail has transcended the glass to become an emblem, a cinematic icon, a marker of style, and a ritual of refinement. Its allure remains timeless. Seen through the creative eye of Agostino Perrone, Director of Mixology at The Connaught in London, the exhibition pays tribute to the martini cocktail’s legacy, its effortless glamour, and its place as a cultural symbol across a variety of occasions.

Perrone’s photography, much like his cocktails, is a harmonious blend of creativity and emotion, woven together through the art of capturing fleeting moments. What ensues through his photographs is life caught in spontaneity, the noting of moments shared and a deep sense of immediacy. Through ten intimate visuals, he invites viewers to see the martini not just as a cocktail, but as a symbol of identity, elegance, and cultural significance.

“The martini is more than just a cocktail: it’s a code,” says Perrone, “a code of glamour, precision, identity and shared occasions. This exhibition explores the elements, people, places and gestures that converge to create a martini universe.”

To celebrate Perrone’s extraordinary talent, Belvedere Vodka commissioned three unique photographs, set to be unveiled for the first time at the exhibition. These images will highlight Belvedere 10, the luxury icon from the iconic Polish vodka brand, embodying the essence of both the exhibition and Perrone’s discerning eye.

With its unique fusion of culture and luxury, Maison Assouline, luxury publisher Assouline’s first international flagship store, hosts the exhibit in a setting that perfectly complements the martini cocktail’s rich history and timeless elegance. To celebrate the Martini Icons exhibition, the in-house Swans Bar will exclusively serve Belvedere 10’s signature martini cocktail for the duration of the showcase.

Martini Icons will be open to the public from June 13 to June 20 at Maison Assouline in London. The Belvedere 10 Luxury Martini cocktail will be available to visitors, during the entire exhibition period.
