The residency includes a free two-month stay at Mason & Fifth, Westbourne Park for eight chosen artists, along with access to Workshop space at Meadow, to create in.
Artists will also get access to all the on-site amenities – The Grounding wellness studio with pool, gym, sauna and steam room, plus access to the Cinema Room, Listening Lounge, 10th Floor Guest Lounge, a full events programme and more.
The residency will culminate in an exhibition of their works with a private view for the Dazed Club community, followed by a public exhibition.
One piece from each artist will be donated to live on in the building permanently.

March 12th, 2025: Mason & Fifth, a leading flexible accommodation and lifestyle brand, has partnered with Dazed Club, the community platform for emerging young creatives, built by leading youth publisher Dazed Media, to offer eight artists a two-month long residency at their upcoming Westbourne Park location.
Opening on 16th June, Mason & Fifth Westbourne Park will see the launch of a new cultural hub, home to over 300 flexible accommodation studios, a canal-side restaurant, 10th floor panoramic guest lounge, cinema room, listening lounge, gallery space, recording studio, wellness suite, creative workshop spaces, and more. The chosen artists will each be given a private fully-furnished ensuite studio with sustainability designed interiors to stay in for the duration of the project. They can also unwind with complimentary access to The Grounding, Mason & Fifth’s wellness studio with a pool, gym, sauna and steam room, as well as enjoying large shared living spaces, a 10th floor panoramic guest lounge, and full access to the cultural events programme including events in the Cinema Room and Listening Lounge.

Successful artists will have the opportunity to be the one of first to use Meadow, Mason & Fifth’s dedicated creative workspace, for a project of their choosing. They will be given two Workshops to share between the artists, four in each, and will have access to all the Meadow amenities, including comfy breakout spaces, free tea, coffee, snacks and a weekly community lunch.

The art residency will kick off with a welcome dinner at Canal, the waterside restaurant operated by the team behind Crispin and Bistro Freddie.

The team at Dazed Club, the magazine’s community platform and app, are looking for brilliant minds with a vision, curating inspiring art through any medium. Successful participants will have the chance to showcase and sell their work at an end of residency exhibition on 15th August, as well as a permanent wallspace to hang their donated piece in Mason & Fifth, Westbourne Park. Each artist will be featured on Dazed Digital and Dazed’s social channels. They will also be supported with in-person catch ups with the Dazed team throughout the residency.
