Mildreds brings its Plant-Based Cuisine to Covent Garden this February

Monday 21st February will see the opening of Mildreds in the heart of Covent Garden, St Martin’s Lane. Since first opening in Soho in 1988, Mildreds has pioneered the plant-based scene in London with its fresh, vibrant and innovative dishes.

Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, Mildreds offers a modern and relaxed dining experience. The new St Martin’s Lane location has been designed with a fresh, bold colour palette, contemporary lighting and one-of-a-kind modern and abstract art throughout. The restaurant will also offer private dining at ‘Jane’s Table’, in honour of Mildreds founder on the lower ground floor for eight guests.

Customers visiting the new restaurant will enjoy Mildreds iconic menu featuring an array of small plates, mains, burgers and desserts. Signature dishes include, Haldi Gobi, marsala cauliflower, coriander yoghurt, crispy boondi; Bokkeumbap, kimchi fried rice, clean bean tofu, gochujang sesame sauce, nori; Kiri Hodi made with coconut curry leaf sauce, sweet potato, green beans, pea basmati, tomato sambal, coconut cashews. Mildreds famous Korean Fried Chick’n Burger and Bhatti Ka Chick’n Kebabs will also be on the menu.

From March a new Spring menu will be launched across all Mildreds sites. The menu will include a range of dishes to take you from day to night, packed with flavour and indulgent vegan recipes, alongside a refreshing new range of new homemade blends, smoothies, mocktails and cocktails.
