Milk Beach Soho brings Aussie Sundays to central London with Sunday Sessions – a laid-back summer series set across the sun-soaked courtyard and breezy, beach-inspired restaurant interiors Milk Beach is known for. Sunday Sessions features curated cocktails, live DJ sets, and an all-day menu that runs from brunch favourites to barbecue off the robata, perfect for the upcoming summer days.

From June 8 to the end of September, Sunday Sessions will transform Milk Beach Soho into something that feels straight out of Australia’s East Coast – sunshine, seafood, spritzes, and no need to rush. Every Sunday from 12–6PM, guests can settle in for slow afternoons and shared plates, with a live DJ setting the tone from 1PM in the courtyard, while laid-back playlists carry the mood indoors. A weekly ritual of flavour, rhythm, and relaxed Aussie hospitality – right in the heart of Soho.

Inspired by Australia’s laid-back beach culture, Sunday Sessions brings together the best of Milk Beach’s signature hospitality with a new all-day menu of seasonal dishes. In Sydney, Sundays are for socialising – long lunches, something off the grill, drinks that start early and stretch into the afternoon. It’s the Aussie answer to the British roast.

Menu highlights include:
Flame-Grilled Garlic Prawns with fermented chilli butter – straight off the robata
450g Pork Tomahawk, glazed with tamarind, honey and garlic, served with our house-made fermented chilli sauce
Koji-Marinated Chicken ‘Schnitty’, golden and crisp, with a side of fermented chilli mayo
Sweet Potato Fritters with smoked salmon, poached eggs and dill yoghurt
Chilli Scramble with stracciatella, citrus herbs and toasted sourdough – a Milk Beach brunch favourite

The bar will be pouring summery cocktails packed with passionfruit, kaffir lime and coastal botanicals, alongside highballs with a tropical edge. In partnership with Stone & Wood Pacific Ale, expect icy-cold pints shipped in from Byron Bay, as well as Milk Beach’s signature Mango Chilli Margaritas – made with fresh mango purée, habanero and tequila blanco.

In partnership with fellow Aussie gin brand, Papa Salt Coastal Gin, Milk Beach will be pouring out delicious cocktails such as the Papa Paloma as well as having it on the bar ready for gin centred drinks. With the newly crafted sharing jugs, designed to be passed around the table, Sunday Sessions is sure to set Soho abuzz.

With a sun-soaked courtyard, long communal tables, and DJs on rotation, Sunday Sessions is made for settling in. Cold drinks. Good food. Friends close by. The kind of Sunday that doesn’t need a reason.
