The Mind Body Spirit Festival returns to Olympia London from 22–25 May for its 49th year, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in a transformative weekend of wellness, personal growth and spiritual exploration.

This year’s festival has an exceptional line-up of headline speakers and practitioners taking the Main stage – the beating heart of the show, including Theresa Chung – Bestselling author and spiritual researcher, Lynne Franks OBE – Global pioneer of women’s empowerment and conscious business, Liz Earle – Wellbeing expert and commentator and Jade Shaw – Internationally renowned astral projection and consciousness explorer.
