Caudwell Collection unveils a new identity as it enters an exciting
phase in the development of its prime property portfolio. The luxury property developer has
rebranded and refined to ‘Caudwell’, in time with construction commencing on its Mayfair
development, Audley Square. In addition, Caudwell has recently welcomed two new senior
leads in construction and sales: Chief Construction Officer, Uri Mizrahi and
Director of Sales, Simon Walker.

Caudwell Collection rebrands and unites as Caudwell
Caudwell Collection’s rebranding to ‘Caudwell’ is designed to reflect its founder’s passion
for luxury property: British businessman and philanthropist, John Caudwell. With
developments in both Mayfair and on the Côte d’Azur, the Caudwell mission is to deliver
exceptionally crafted and timeless properties. In creating elegant buildings in unique
locations, with the best in global design and craftsmanship, John’s vision is one of legacy:
to create the finest residences in the world that will stand the test of time.

Alongside new branding and a new website, Caudwell.com, the rebrand unites Caudwell’s
UK and French offices. Formerly Provençal Investments, the French office will now be
incorporated into the ‘Caudwell’ brand identity. This follows the recent appointment of
Reynald Lapitz, who joined as CEO of Caudwell France at the end of last year.

Caudwell’s rebrand marks an exciting moment for the luxury property development company,
with site works recently commencing at Audley Square. Caudwell is working with Robert
A.M. Stern Architects in addition to selected world-class specialist designers to deliver this
exceptional development. Driven to be the finest residential building in Mayfair in recent
decades, the first phase of the Audley Square construction is being managed by PJ Carey
Engineering.

Caudwell adds new Chief Construction Office and Sales Director to its roster
To meet the growing demands of the work progressing with Caudwell’s developments, the
luxury property developer also announces two new senior UK leads. Uri Mizrahi joins
Caudwell as Chief Construction Officer and will be responsible for driving and leading the
delivery on Audley Square. A Civil Structural Engineer with 30 years’ global experience
across luxury hotels and residential, Uri previously ran A.AKA Ltd Consulting Civil and
Structural Engineering, and was a Director at Taylor Whalley Spyra, London, for over 10
years. Uri has several years’ experience as lead consultant in the French developments for
Caudwell and was key in completing Parc du Cap.

positions at Clivedale London and Savills.
