From Turkish eggs and French toast to coconut matcha and freshly pressed juices, Mour has launched a new brunch menu, served daily at its recently opened Marylebone restaurant.

The Mediterranean-inspired neighbourhood restaurant on Seymour Street has introduced a menu that combines familiar brunch favourites with subtle Mediterranean influences, ranging from lighter dishes and pastries to more substantial plates.

Savoury highlights include Turkish eggs with garlic yoghurt, chilli oil and sourdough, with the option to add nduja; eggs Florentine with sautéed spinach, poached eggs, Xigalo Sitias PDO and dill; avocado toast with lime, red chilli and mixed seeds; and classic eggs Benedict and eggs royale. Guests can also choose from a full English, vegetarian full English, or three-egg omelettes with a choice of fillings.

For those with a sweet tooth, the menu features brioche French toast with vanilla cream, served with either maple bacon and Grand Marnier caramel or berries and compote, alongside American pancakes with blueberries and maple syrup, overnight oats with oat milk, berries and toasted seeds, and Greek or coconut yoghurt with homemade granola and berries.

Two signature brunch menus are also available. The Continental Breakfast includes seasonal fruit, pastries, breads, preserves, cereals, homemade granola, a cold-pressed juice and tea or coffee, while the Mour Breakfast adds a choice of any savoury or sweet dish from the menu.

Alongside the food is a drinks selection featuring freshly brewed coffee, specialty teas, vanilla and coconut matcha, cold-pressed juices, kombucha, water kefir and an immunity shot made with ginger, turmeric, lemon and cayenne pepper.

Mour opened in June 2026 as a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant and martini bar, bringing ingredient-led cooking and warm hospitality to the heart of Marylebone. Located moments from Marble Arch and Marylebone High Street, the restaurant seats 60 guests inside, with a further 20 covers in its year-round courtyard beneath a retractable roof.
The new brunch menu is available daily at Mour, served Monday to Friday from 7am to 11am, and Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 11.30am.
