Mouth and Foot Painting Artist Inspires Festive Creativity at KidZania London

Inspiring mouth and foot painter Tom Yendell will teach kids how to draw a Christmas picture using just their mouths and feet!
On the 19 November and 4 December at KidZania London, the home of inspiring children as to the plethora of professional and creative opportunities they can pursue in adulthood, children can meet disabled artist Tom Yendell who paints with just mouth or foot. For two days only children can flourish in their creativity, watching and creating art alongside Tom whilst learning that anything is truly possible.

Tom Yendell has been painting since childhood and is passionate about highlighting special talents. He was born without arms due to the effects of Thalidomide and has learnt to do everyday tasks using his mouth and feet. Tom obtained an Honours Degree in Expressive Arts from Brighton University and is a member of the international board of the MFPA – an organisation of unique disabled artists who create incredible designs by mouth and foot painting which they reproduce as Christmas cards and a wide range of other festive products to earn their living.

The event is a further addition to KidZania’s fun and festive seasonal program, including Elf School and an Adults Night and introduces its audience to the fantastic products created by Tom and his fellow artists of the MFPA.

There will be three sessions per day at 11.15am, 12.15am and 2pm, these will take place in KidZania’s theatre on 19 November and Big Kup Coffee on 4 December.

Tickets can be booked at ticket.kidzania-london.co.uk.
