Fibre is having a moment and frankly, it’s about time. On Saturday 24th October, Naked Smoothie’s Fibre Machine is taking over 15 Bateman Street, Soho, for one day only, transforming the popular central London spot into The Fi-Bar, a pop-up dedicated to making fibre feel a little more fun.
From 11am – 5pm, visitors can drop in for free Fibre-tinis, chilled house beats and Acai Girls treats, with some seriously good prizes up for grabs. Grab your mates, clear your Saturday and come get Naked.
Whilst it’s always been an essential part of the diet, 95% of adults* fail to meet their daily intake requirement to keep things moving, so it’s about time it got the spotlight (and the smoothie) it deserves. As part of Naked’s Get Naked, Get Going campaign, the brand is putting the spotlight on the UK’s fibre gap and giving the nation a delicious little nudge to keep things moving. Big on fibre. Not big on boring.
Made with real fruit juice including kiwi and apple, alongside spinach and apple cider vinegar, Naked Fibre Machine delivers 4.2g of fibre in every 150ml serving (8.4g per 300ml bottle). That’s 28% of your daily required fibre intake. It also contains chicory inulin, a fibre derived from chicory root, and is suitable for vegans.
Step inside The Fi-Bar
The Fi-Bar is designed to make fibre anything but boring. Guests can grab a freshly shaken Fibre-tini, choosing their own garnish, settle in with a drink and fibre-filled snack from Acai Girls, and discover more about Naked Fibre Machine.
The DJ will bring chilled house vibes throughout the day. Good music. Good company. Absolutely no pressure to hit 10,000 steps. Come for one track. Stay for five.
There’ll also be a photobooth to capture that “I Got Naked” moment. Got Naked in Soho? You’re going to want proof. And if the phone rings, you might want to pick up. The green Fibre Phone will ring roughly every 30 minutes from 11.30am – 5pm. The first eligible guest to answer and get the question right could win a prize to get them moving. Literally. Prizes include gym class passes, gym gear vouchers and flight vouchers – a little something towards your next take-off – plus more.
Turns out answering unknown numbers isn’t always a bad idea.
Before heading off, guests can collect a goody bag featuring Naked Fibre Machine and a ready-to-go fibre pot from the lovely lot at Acai Girls. A little more fibre for your journey after.
Whether you’re already fibre-obsessed or simply wondering what all the fuss is about, The Fi-Bar is open to all. Come for the smoothie, stay for the Fibre-tini, and leave with a little more fibre in your life.
