Opening to the public on Friday 16th February, this new bar is a labour of love from Chef Patron of Cavita Adriana, built around all her favourite things; Margaritas, Mezcal and Mexican Street Food.

Stripping the menu back to basics, El Bar De Cavita serves exceptional Margaritas with a range of flavours to choose from – from the classic Margarita, Tommy’s, Spicy, Hibiscus and Grilled Pineapple and Habanero, or opt for the best-selling Cavita Margarita, the signature margarita with a twist, consisting of Arette Tequila, Koch Mezcal, lime, fresh watermelon and a lime salted rim. Alongside these tequila-based Margaritas, you can also go for the Mezcalita, replacing the tequila with Mezcal for that extra hit of spice!

El Bar de Cavita is a high-energy space with vibrant music and a rustic Mexican-inspired design, reminiscent of traditional cantinas, creating a warm and inviting ambiance – the perfect place to celebrate this National Margarita Day!
