New breakfast menu from Pasta Evangelists launches with free coffee for commuters next week

London’s early birds are in for an Italian twist on breakfast as Pasta Evangelists Farringdon launches a brand-new breakfast menu that combines some of its best-selling sauces with delicious poached eggs. To mark the launch, the restaurant is giving away free hot drinks including americanos, espressos and teas – no purchase necessary – at 7-8am from Tuesday to Friday next week (26-29th August 2025).

Pasta Evangelists new ‘Evangelists Eggs & Morning Treats’ menu is a line-up of indulgent, Italian-inspired breakfast dishes perfect for those who crave something more creative than a bowl of cereal to start their day.

The ‘Evangelists Eggs & Morning Treats’ breakfast menu includes:

Infernal Eggs: a fiery ’nduja and red pepper sauce with poached eggs and focaccia (£8.50)
Paradise Eggs: poached eggs, creamy stracciatella, basil pesto and wild rocket (£8.50)
Truffled Eggs: combines the brand’s signature cacio e pepe sauce with poached eggs (£8.50)
Eggs in Purgatory: a comforting combo of poached eggs in a bed of cherry tomato sauce, topped with mozzarella and fresh herbs (£8.50)
Plus: a selection of delicious, sweet pastries starting from £3
From Tuesday 26th to Friday 29th August, diners can head to Pasta Evangelists Farringdon between 7am and 8am to grab a fresh cup of coffee, on the house. This is on a first come, first served basis – so set those alarms.

Finn Lagun, Co-founder and CMO of Pasta Evangelists said: “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so we’re on a mission to reimagine it, Italian-style. We know how fast-paced mornings can be, especially in London, so we wanted to create something quick yet indulgent, with the same quality and creativity we bring to our delicious fresh pasta. Those who prefer a sweet treat can opt for the quintessential cappuccino (we’ll allow this after 11am!) and a delicious cornetto (croissant) – dipping is optional.”

The breakfast menu is available exclusively at Pasta Evangelists Farringdon from 7am – 11am. London’s early risers can claim a coffee on the house between 7-8am only next Tuesday to Friday.

Whether you’re commuting, brunching, or just chasing a solid flat white, Pasta Evangelists is giving Londoners a very good reason to rise and shine. The new menu will start in Farringdon and will roll out to further restaurants later this year.
