This winter, The Sipping Room at West India Quay has unveiled a magical new look, transforming its expansive heated terrace, complete with igloos, into Singleton Sips — a chalet-inspired hideaway created in partnership with The Singleton Whisky. Open now until 22nd March 2026 and just a five-minute stroll from Canary Wharf station, it’s the perfect place to sip, sparkle and stay cosy all season long.

The terrace twinkles beneath a canopy of fairy lights, copper-toned leaves and textured winter foliage while inside, soft teal walls, cascading amaranths, and berry-filled pots create a warm, inviting haven. What’s more, the terrace features three stunning heated glass igloos, each seating up to eight guests — perfect for cosy gatherings with friends, festive celebrations, or romantic date nights.

The whisky cocktails (all at £13.50) celebrate The Singleton 12 Years Old with a line-up of smooth, seasonal serves:
Singleton Hot Choco – Hot chocolate, all grown-up with whisky, honey syrup and a toasted marshmallow topper
Scottish Spice– A bold, warming mix with Lillet Rosé, mango purée, chilli liqueur and orange bitters
Whisky Sour– A classic with honey syrup, lemon juice, orange bitters and egg white
Orchard Blossom – Fruity and fragrant with orange juice, lemon juice, fig and orange soda
Singleton Negroni– A rich twist on the classic with Campari and Lillet sweet vermouth.
