Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Park Lodge care home in Carshalton, South London.

Park Lodge is an eight-bedroom care home that occupies a detached, two-storey property. The home has been owned by Kreshna and Pakion Munsami and Ashvin Goodoree since 2012.

Following a confidential sales process with John Harrison at Christie & Co, it has been sold to Krishnakaran Krishnabala whose family already operates two care homes in the area. He plans to rename the home ‘Amethyst Care Home’.

John Harrison, Director – Care at Christie & Co, comments, “We are pleased to have completed the sale of Park Lodge in the London Borough of Sutton, and to have sold it to Mr Krishnabala whose family are experienced care operators who will, I am sure, run this home successfully, also.”

Park Lodge was sold for an undisclosed price.
