Londoners can save almost £80 this summer on city experiences after immersive gaming attraction Activate launched a new £39.95 Summer Pass, giving guests four visits over four consecutive weeks for less than the cost of two standard visits.
With a standard session at Activate’s London venues costing £29.95, four individual visits would normally cost £119.80. The new Summer Pass saves guests £79.85, allowing them to visit once a week for four consecutive weeks while experiencing the technology-driven challenges that have made Activate one of the UK’s fastest-growing leisure attractions.
A limited number of Summer Passes will be available at Activate’s five London venues – The O2, Oxford Street, Vauxhall, Westfield White City and Islington.
Activate combines physical activity with cutting-edge technology, challenging teams to work together through a series of immersive game rooms. Whether dodging laser beams in Laser, which feels like stepping into a scene from Mission: Impossible, testing speed and reactions in Mega Grid, or tackling a range of other interactive challenges, every experience encourages teamwork, communication and quick thinking. Games automatically adapt to players’ performance, creating a fresh challenge with every visit.
Richard Beese, CEO and Founder of We Do Play, which operates Activate in the UK, said:
“The Summer Pass is all about giving people the chance to experience Activate time and time again throughout the summer holidays while offering fantastic value.
“One of the things that makes Activate unique is that our challenges evolve as players improve. Every visit is different, so the more you come back, the more rewarding the experience becomes. Whether you’re trying to beat your own score, challenge friends or simply enjoy an active day out together, the Summer Pass gives guests four weeks to make the most of everything Activate has to offer.”
The Summer Pass is valid for four weeks from the first visit and includes one session per week during the validity period.
Activate has become one of the world’s leading immersive active entertainment experiences, combining technology, teamwork and physical challenges to create a unique social experience for families, friends, colleagues and groups.
Its London venues have already attracted a celebrity following, with visitors including Myleene Klass and Simon Cowell’s new boyband, December 10, helping to cement Activate’s reputation as one of London’s fastest-growing destinations for competitive socialising.
