Flat Iron is marking New Year’s Eve with a one-off Carcass Club special at its Southbank restaurant — pairing an indulgent Wagyu feast with exclusive access to the Mayor of London’s fireworks on the river.

For one night only, guests will enjoy:

A 300g First Light Farms Wagyu sirloin

Beef dripping chips, sauce Choron & two sides

A bottle of Flat Iron’s limited-release St Émilion (for two)

A final Wagyu treat before heading to the riverside viewing area

Set inside the Grade I listed Royal Festival Hall, Flat Iron Southbank opened this year and has quickly become one of the brand’s most striking spaces.
