Nightjar to serve mushroom-magic in a dedicated Zooz January menu

The innovative new mushroom-powered soft drink, Zooz, has is now being served at Nightjar Shoreditch with three mocktails on the menu. As part of the launch, Zooz and Nightjar are partnering in a Nightjar blues event on 17 January 2025. They’ll be teaming up with exciting light artist Alex Muen whose work will be on show at the venue as part of the Zooz Elevate Arts Project, which supports emerging and established artists.
The specially created Nightjar Zooz drinks, each priced at £10, are:
Libre
Caramelized / Spiced / Citrusy
Zooz, 0.0% Lyer Dark Cane Spirit, fresh lime juice, black cardamom caramel, orange blossom soda
Thunder Leo
Herbal / Refreshing / Elegant
Zooz, green cardamon, lemongrass & sparkling coconut water.
Forest Fog
Bittersweet/ Umami/ Complex
Zooz, 0.0% bitter aperitif, truffle & morel infusion.

Nightjar is one of London’s most iconic night-time venues, renowned for the excellence of its cocktails and for its music, with a varying array of blues, jazz and other performers flowing in to entertain guests.
Zooz is a high-end, versatile adult soft wellness drink which, as Nightjar’s menu shows, is versatile enough to be used as a mixer in cocktails and mocktails as well as being delicious served neat, over ice. In terms of flavour profile, Zooz delivers a citrusy, zesty petillant drink that is sophisticated and delivers a boost of energy derived from Lion’s Mane and Cordyceps mushrooms along with ginseng and natural caffeine.
