NORTH WEST LONDON HOUSEBUILDER GEARS UP FOR EXPERIENTIAL EVENT
With the summer holidays in full swing, Redrow London is inviting families to their Colindale Gardens development in North West London for a weekend long event hosted in partnership with Sky and Rendall & Rittner.
The free event, being held from 9 – 11 August, will see a Formula One driving simulator come onto the development for a bit of fun competition. Attendees can compete for the top position on the leaderboard and will also be able to enjoy free refreshments and face painting, making it a great day out for the whole family. There will also be the opportunity to meet the Sky team, enjoy a personalised showcase of the award-winning Sky Glass and challenge family and friends to victory while playing hands-free immersive games on Sky Live with the chance of winning a Sky Glass.
Colindale Gardens is ready to welcome the whole community with the event open to both those living on the development and those in the surrounding area.
James Holmear, Group Sales Director at Redrow, said: “Following the success of the Summer Fair at Colindale Gardens in June, we’re excited to have another opportunity to bring everyone together. At Redrow we strive to create thriving communities which benefit the wider area and this is a great example of that. We look forward to seeing everyone there!”
Colindale Gardens offers a range of one and two bedroom homes with a contemporary design and designated private outdoor space. Attendees to the event can get a feel for what life is like at this vibrant community and make an appointment to view one of the show homes.
For first-time buyers who live or work in any London Borough, a new discount market sale scheme is now available at the development. Through the scheme 27 apartments will be sold at a 20% reduction to the market value, enabling dozens of buyers to get onto the property ladder for the first time. The scheme is being offered in partnership with London Borough of Barnet and offers first-time buyers a unique way to buy their first home at a more affordable price.
