Mayfair dining institution Novikov is delighted to unveil the Hikari Lunch Menu, an exquisite new lunch offering available weekdays from 12pm to 4pm in the Asian restaurant. Curated by Head Chef Luca Malacarne, the three course menu presents a refined lunchtime dining experience in the heart of the Capital. Guests can savour a selection of raw sashimi, signature sushi rolls, and indulgent hot plates from the robata grill.
Hikari (光), meaning “light” or “radiance” in Japanese, reflects both the brightness of midday and the elevated tone of this menu. Whether enjoyed in the sleek interiors or out on the terrace, the Hikari menu brings elegance and variety to lunchtime dining. The menu includes a selection of starters such as; Seared Salmon Nigiri; Quail Egg Gunkan; or Tuna with Jalapeño Dressing followed by middle dishes such as; Crunchy Tuna Roll; Hamachi Yuzu Truffle Roll; or Crispy Salmon Cheese. Mains includes; Steamed Seabass Fillet; Prawns Szechuan Style; or Chicken with Sweet and Sour Sauce. In addition, guests can opt to add sides (£10 extra) such as; Egg Fried Rice; Grilled Asparagus; or Duck Fried Rice or desserts (£5 extra) such as; Japanese Mochi ice cream; Matcha Crème brûlée; or Coconut panacotta.

The Hikari Lunch Menu is priced at £55 per person. Guests can choose one dish from each course: Start, Middle, and Main. The menu is available Monday to Friday from 12pm to 4pm at Novikov Asian, making it an ideal setting for business lunches, leisurely afternoons, or special celebrations.
