This summer premium outdoor oven brand, Gozney, has teamed up with legendary chefs to host the ultimate outdoor culinary experience at a series of breath-taking secret locations around the world as it presents Proof Supper Club.

Continuing to bring Gozney’s mission to change the way the world cooks outdoors to life, the 7-stop Proof world tour is building on the success of their 2023 sell-out Secret Supper Club series.

Set everywhere from unearthed urban hideaways to remote wild landscapes, the intimate Proof events will see guests enjoy an exclusive live fire menu that has been carefully crafted by each host – giving them a reason to believing in cooking different.

The UK stop of the unforgettable culinary adventure will be set in a secret al-fresco location in London on Thursday 13th June.

This London stop of the series will be hosted by Brad Cater: the Michelin starred, Birmingham based mastermind behind Birmingham’s renowned restaurant Carters. Known for his celebration of British produce and seasonality, prepare to enjoy a knockout vegetarian menu inspired by the locally grown herbs, flowers and produce.

Food enthusiasts will have the chance to be fully immersed in Brad’s one-of-a-kind menu as guests will have the rare opportunity to interact with the trailblazing chef and learn more about the inspiration behind his dishes. Brad will also host a live demonstration, using Gozney’s award-winning ovens to cook amongst the crowd.

As part of the night of one-night-only extravaganza, guests will also have the opportunity to get hands on and master the art of pizza making whilst discovering the true beauty of dining outdoors.

Each ticket includes a multi-course live fire dining experience, accompanied by a welcome beverage and wine pairings. The precise location and bespoke menu will be revealed to ticket holders 1 week ahead of the event.
