OTTOLENGHI COMES TO RICHMOND
Ottolenghi Richmond, the first Ottolenghi location south of the river, will be opening its doors on February 26th, offering Richmond residents and visitors alike the full Ottolenghi experience right on their doorstep.
Platters of salads piled high, mountains of meringues and Ottolenghi’s celebrated pastries and cakes as well as brand-new, bespoke Richmond-inspired dishes, Ottolenghi Richmond will serve a range of dishes for breakfast, lunch and take-away.
Speaking of the Richmond opening, Yotam Ottolenghi commented: “It took longer than we expected, but we are finally here! In picturesque Richmond, the happiest place to live in London, I hear. I love walking along the river in the summer and I can’t wait to be here in all seasons, get to know the local crowd and feed them some seriously delicious salads and cakes.”
Ottolenghi Richmond will serve both a breakfast and all-day à la carte menu, including a wine selection and cocktail list, and a children’s menu. Breakfast will include dishes Londoners have come to know and love, including buttermilk pancakes and the famous Ottolenghi Shakshuka with smoked labneh and grilled focaccia.
The lunch menu will include the bountiful Ottolenghi salads in the displays that are renowned across the Capital, such as char-grilled broccoli with chilli and garlic and roasted aubergine with yoghurt, and roasted aubergine with caponata and herby cashew cream, to newer iterations created specifically for Richmond.
The wine selection will celebrate natural and biodynamic bottles, including Ottolenghi’s delicious own-label wines, and a lively cocktail list.
