Specialist business property advisor, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of South East London-based nurseries, Little Cubs Academy, to Grandir UK.

Little Cubs Academy is an established group of two premium nursery settings located in Greenwich and Honor Oak, South London. The nurseries were founded by siblings, Rebecca and Daniel Harvey, who set out to create a brand of nurseries that they would want their own children to attend. They are passionate about building children’s confidence and promoting individuality within carefully considered, home-like environments. They acquired their first setting in Honor Oak in 2018, which has gone from strength to strength. They then seized the opportunity to expand the brand in 2019 when they found a suitable premise in Greenwich, allowing them to accommodate 122 children across the two sites at any one time.

Following a confidential sales process facilitated by Sophie Willcox and Nick Brown at Christie & Co, the business has been purchased by Grandir UK, bringing their total to 89 settings across the UK.
